Before The ARA Show™ trade show floor opens on Monday, Feb. 19, attendees have the opportunity to attend the Keynote Session featuring Jon Taffer — hospitality expert and star of the hit TV show “Bar Rescue.” The session, sponsored by ARA Insurance, will be from 8 to 9:30 a.m. that morning. The trade show floor will open immediately after the session.
Taffer is a renowned hospitality expert and star of the hit TV show “Bar Rescue,” an authority in turning struggling businesses into thriving successes. With his extensive knowledge in the hospitality industry and exceptional business acumen, he is set to deliver an inspiring and enlightening keynote that promises to leave a lasting impact on all attendees.
“Bar Rescue” spotlights Taffer as he saves failing bars from looming closure. He leverages his four decades of unprecedented industry experience and trademarked “Reaction Management” strategy to offer advisement on everything from menu design to cost management. His powerful presentations rescue businesses from themselves to propel them towards success.
Taffer launched his own innovative, full-service restaurant franchise concept in 2019: Taffer’s Tavern. Admission to the Keynote Session is included with Full Registration and the Networking Package. It also is open to exhibitors and independent manufacturer reps (IMRs).
