People on the move: Cummins; DOZR; Thunder Creek Equipment

Cummins, Columbus, Ind.: Ricardo Roman, Michelle Probst, Gbile Adewunmi, Matt McQueen, and Ashwath Ram have been appointed vice president. Roman is vice president, components finance. He has more than 23 years at Cummins. Probst is vice president, leadership and talent development. She will lead programs and processes globally. Adewunmi is vice president, power systems industrial markets. He will be responsible for driving, implementing and executing a global strategy for the company’s defense, marine, mining, oil and gas, and rail lines of business. McQueen is vice president, engine business unit (EBU) supply chain. He has been at the company for nearly 28 years and held leadership positions in manufacturing, quality and supply chain. Ram is vice president, supply chain and India area business organization (ABO) leader. His responsibilities include setting strategic direction and driving operations for the company’s integrated supply chain functions globally.

DOZR, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada: Kathryn Kennedy has been appointed chief growth officer. Kennedy has experience in driving customer growth and acquisition strategies, having previously held senior leadership positions at companies such as Wayfair, Zulily, Amazon, and Expedia. She will spearhead the company’s strategic growth initiatives to accelerate the company’s market presence and revenue growth.

Thunder Creek Equipment, Pella, Iowa: Shawna Hayes has been named national accounts manager. Hayes will focus on serving strategic and national accounts in her new role as well as support the organization’s sales team in serving dealers and clients nationwide.
