People on the move: Generac Power Systems; Takeuchi Manufacturing (U.S.)

Generac Power Systems, Waukesha, Wis.: Jennifer Anderson has been named executive vice president of global corporate strategy and development. Anderson succeeds 34-year Generac veteran and chief strategy officer Steve Goran, who retired in March. In addition to corporate strategy and development, Anderson will lead the company’s Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) efforts. Anderson joins Generac with more than 20 years of finance, corporate strategy and business development experience.

Point of Rental Software, Fort Worth, Texas: Frances Ellison is rejoining the company as U.S. software support director. She brings more than 20 years of rental industry experience, leading teams in both the equipment and event rental verticals. From 2014 to 2020, she served in a variety of roles with Point of Rental Software, including as a manager within the support team.

Takeuchi Manufacturing (U.S.), Pendergrass, Ga.: David Caldwell, formerly Takeuchi’s national product manager, has transitioned to become the manufacturer’s new southeast regional product manager. Caldwell will be responsible for all dealer and national rental account support activity within a multi-state area spanning Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Mississippi. Caldwell has been at Takeuchi Manufacturing (U.S.) since August 2010 and has served as the company’s national product manager since 2021. He will remain in that position until his transition to southeast regional product manager.
