People on the move: Carolina Handling; Liebherr USA Co.; Terex Corp.

Carolina Handling, Charlotte, N.C.: Joe Perkins has been named chief operating officer. Perkins has served as executive vice president of operations at Carolina Handling since April 1, 2020. He joined the company in 2012. He will be responsible for the company’s service, power management, improvement, distribution, rentals, parts and quality assurance teams.

Liebherr USA Co., Newport News, Va.: Shane Kuhlmey was appointed divisional director for Crawler Cranes, Deep Foundation Machines and Maritime Cranes. Kuhlmey transitions into the new role following his tenure as head of Liebherr USA Co.’s mining division.

Terex Corp., Norwalk, Conn.: R. Mark Cox has been appointed senior vice president corporate development. He will report to Simon Meester, Terex president and CEO, and will serve on the company’s executive leadership team. He succeeds Randy Williamson, who is retiring. Cox is joining Terex from Trinity Industries, where since 2021 he has served as executive vice president of corporate development.
