Planning is underway for The ARA Show 2025 in Las Vegas

The memories of The ARA Show™ 2024 in New Orleans still may be fresh in the minds of attendees and exhibitors, but plans for The ARA Show 2025 in Las Vegas are already in motion.

While more details on the show will be released throughout the summer and fall, now is the time to mark your calendars and start thinking ahead.

Timing and dates

The ARA Show 2025 will take place on a different timeline from shows in the past. The full day of education will be on Wednesday, Jan. 29. That will be followed by the three-day trade show from Thursday, Jan. 30 – Saturday, Feb. 1.

Future of Equipment Rental returns

The ARA Show 2025 will feature the return of Future of Equipment Rental. This full-day workshop for equipment rental attendees will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 28, and will have a separate registration. The inaugural Future of Equipment Rental sold out in 2023 in Orlando with education and networking specific to equipment rental companies.

Booth space is filling up
Exhibitors may now apply for booth space at the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall. There is already excitement around the return to Las Vegas as booth space is beginning to fill up. These 10 exhibiting companies were the first to apply for booth space and claim their spot in Las Vegas:

Equipment inside and outside

Not only will there be standard booth space inside the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall, there also will be outdoor exhibit space. The outdoor space will provide attendees with the opportunity to view equipment demonstrations and presentations from exhibitors in the Diamond Lot located next to the West Hall.
