Financial results: Deere and Co.; Finning International; The Home Depot

Deere and Co., Moline, Ill., earned $15.24 billion in net sales and revenues during the 2024 second quarter, down 12 percent compared to $17.39 billion during the 2023 second quarter. For the first six months of the year, net sales and revenues were $27.42 billion, down 9 percent compared to $30.04 billion last year.

Finning International, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, earned C$2.6 billion (US$1.9 billion) in revenue during the 2024 first quarter, up 9 percent compared to C$2.4 billion (US$1.8 billion) during the 2023 first quarter.

The Home Depot, Atlanta, reported net sales of $36.42 billion for the first quarter of fiscal 2024, a decrease of 2.3 percent compared to $37.26 billion in the first quarter of fiscal 2023.
