James Hallman Jr., 46, Cleburne, Texas, died Dec. 14, 2023. Hallman opened Hill County Equipment Rental in January 2000, then relocated to what is now Hallman Equipment Rental in Alvarado, Texas, for which he served as president.
Hallman is survived by his wife, Micah Hallman; son, Luccas Hallman; parents, Jim and Kathy Hallman; mother-in-law, Gail Bruner; sisters, Kathryn Hallman (Jay) Hall and Laura Beth Hallman (Stephen) Dawson; nephew, Caden Hall; nieces, Ellie Hall and Hannah Dawson; aunts and uncles, Ruth and Robert Scogin, Perry and Patsy Bolin, and Nancy Hallman; several cousins; and many other family members and friends.
