The ARA Show™ 2024 returns to the bayou of New Orleans, and while the Big Easy is a familiar location for the show, this will mark the first time being back in New Orleans since 2018. Between days of education, networking events, registration details, the trade show, highlights of New Orleans and much more, there is always a lot going on to prepare for the show. So where can you stay up to date on all the ins and outs the show has to offer?

ARAshow.org
The official website of the show provides the show schedule, trade show floor map, exhibitor search, education details for Feb. 17-18, event information, hotel booking, registration and more.

The ARA Show app
Whether you’re looking for an exhibitor’s booth, the schedule, an event location or a show map, you’ll find it all on the app. Available in mid-January, the 2024 information will be on the same app that was used for the 2023 show, so there is no need to download a new app if you still have it downloaded. You can log into the app to create your personal schedule as well as a list of exhibitors to visit and more. The app also includes New Orleans information, maps, shuttle schedule and more. It’s available to download through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

The ARA Show social media
Show updates and information will be passed through on social media as well using the #ARAshow2024. You can follow and interact with The ARA Show on Facebook; X, formerly known as Twitter; Instagram; and LinkedIn. Videos from the show also are posted on the show’s YouTube channel. Each page offers updates as well as photos and videos for those attending the show.

The ARA Show Directory
This publication will mail to all Rental Management subscribers with the February 2024 issue. It also will be available on site in New Orleans. Attendees can  use the directory to plan for the show with information on all exhibitors and their products, Show-Only Specials, a show floor map, show schedule, education and event descriptions, and more.

The Hot List: New Products at the Show
This special issue mailed with the January issue of Rental Management features exhibitor products that are new to the equipment and event rental industry. This supplement also will be available on site in New Orleans.

Rental Pulse and The ARA Show Daily
The weekly e-newsletter from Rental Management features show information every Sunday leading up to the show. The ARA Show Daily will be a special edition sent from the show each morning. It will give attendees and exhibitors the most up-to-date information as well as a daily recap video so they can hit the ground running each day in New Orleans.
