All Choice Rentals, Drayton Valley, Alberta, Canada, a full-service equipment rental company with four locations across Alberta, has acquired Select Equipment Rentals, St. Albert, Alberta, Canada.
All Choice Rentals said the acquisition represents a significant milestone, enabling the company to expand its geographic presence across Alberta and western Canada. Select Equipment Rentals is a locally owned and operated company that has been providing equipment rentals, sales, and service to contractors, home builders, and industry in northern and central Alberta since 1997. The company serves customers from its Alberta locations in St. Albert (Edmonton), Athabasca, High Prairie, Slave Lake and High Level.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Select Equipment Rentals into the All Choice Rentals family,” said Blake Menning, vice president, All Choice Rentals. “This acquisition unlocks new opportunities for All Choice Rentals through an expanded fleet of equipment and enhanced service capabilities. With nine branch locations across Alberta, we now have the capacity to service approximately 85 percent of Alberta within two hours of a phone call, something very few rental companies are able to do.”
Following the acquisition, All Choice Rentals and Select Equipment Rentals will remain two separate entities until a transition plan is implemented to ensure minimal disruption for existing customers of Select Equipment Rentals, the companies said.
