Curated Events, Raleigh, N.C., an MRE Capital portfolio company, has acquired Please Be Seated Event Rentals, Nashville, Tenn. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2014 by Mary and Paul Huddleston, Please Be Seated is a full-service provider of event rentals for weddings, corporate events, and other special events throughout Nashville and the Southeast. Please Be Seated’s offerings include lounge furniture options, tabletop inventory and a custom build studio.
