F&B Rental’s general manager uses challenging past to ignite personal and staff success

Alberto Pianelli, general manager of F&B Rentals in Santa Ana, Calif., lived a chaotic life when battling alcoholism at a young age. After receiving help, he chose to pay it forward by becoming a counselor for teens with the same struggles.
