, Bonita Springs, Fla., announced its U.S. business has earned Great Place to Work® Certification™. The company’s Canadian business earned this distinction in April 2023. Great Place to Work certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding and consistent employee experience, the company said.
Receiving the certification is based on direct feedback collected from current team members through a survey administered by Great Place to Work. Eighty-seven percent of the company’s employees who participated in the survey voted Herc Rentals a great place work, 30 percentage points higher than the average U.S. company, according to benchmarking data.
