Q: What are the 2024 updates for minimum wage?
A: More than 20 states and several major localities announced increases to their minimum wage rates for 2024. Click here to view a table that lists states and major locality minimum wage increases for 2024. The current federal minimum wage for non-tipped employees remained unchanged at $7.25. Organizations of all sizes should ensure their pay practices and policies are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
