Jerry Rossiter, 86, died in April 2023.
Rossiter was a salesman in the mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) industry, working for several manufacturers.
Rossiter joined JLG Industries in 1985 as director of sales for Europe. He used the practice of road shows to bring the product to the end user and prospective distributors. In 1991, Rossiter took a new position with JLG in North America. Representing JLG, Rossiter worked with Hertz Equipment Rental Co. (HERC), as a supplier of MEWPs and also assisted JLG’s CAT and Sunbelt sales teams.
He retired in 2003 to his native northern California.
