‘It was time for a change’

• Cyber Insurance — Coverage for first- and third-party claims, including cybercrime (phishing scams, ransomware, EFT [electronic funds transfer] fraud) plus industry-leading 24/7 incident response coverage.
• Excess Liability — Limits up to $10 million available; provides excess limits over general liability and auto liability.

“The parameters within which you can make a claim are broader than those of the existing program I was with,” Parcher says. “For example, conversion theft coverage with the ARA program is less burdensome from a logistical standpoint, which gives us greater flexibility when dealing with our customers and deliveries.”

All the insurance products delivered by ARA’s Canadian Insurance Solutions program are underwritten with an AM Best “A” rated insurance company and are supported by advisors with rental industry experience.
