National Tank & Equipment (NTE), Pasadena, Texas, a provider of liquid handling solutions, is expanding its presence in the mid-Atlantic through the opening of a facility in the Richmond, Va., area on June 10.

The Ashland, Va., branch features a 1.5-acre fully fenced yard area, warehouse and office space, and is located 20 minutes north of downtown Richmond and 1.5 hours from Washington, D.C., and Virginia Beach.

The Richmond location is the 21st addition to NTE’s network, with other branches located near customer hubs in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and Williamsport, Pa.; Baltimore; and Houston near NTE’s headquarters containing the company’s corporate offices and a network of branches along the Gulf Coast.

Operations at the new branch will be led by Regional Manager John Baker, Region Sales Manager John “JVB” Van Buskirk, Branch Manager John Niese, and Outside Sales Representative David Reid.

“We’re very pleased to establish a presence in Richmond and to extend our services to new customers in the area,” said Rhett Lasserre, CEO, NTE. “The Richmond branch strengthens our ability to meet the equipment and solution requirements of customers across the state and we’re confident that this new branch location will be a catalyst for NTE’s continued growth in the mid-Atlantic region.”

NTE Richmond will offer an inventory of pumps, tanks, filtration systems and more, with services including equipment rentals, sales, and service to support projects ranging from construction to municipality.

“I’m excited to bring National Tank & Equipment’s unparalleled service to the city of Richmond,” Van Buskirk said. “Our commitment to efficiency, responsiveness and top-notch service will undoubtedly contribute to the success and growth of both NTE and our clients. We look forward to building lasting relationships and exceeding the expectations of our valued customers.”
