Financial results: H&E Equipment Services; Lincoln Electric Holdings; Oshkosh Corp.; Terex Corp.

H&E Equipment Services, Baton Rouge, La., reported revenue of $400.7 million during the 2023 third quarter, up 23.6 percent compared to $324.3 million in the 2022 third quarter. Total equipment rental revenue for the 2023 third quarter was $315.8 million, up 24.5 percent compared to $253.6 million a year ago. Revenue for the first nine months of 2023 was $1.08 billion compared to $891.4 million during the same time last year. Equipment rental revenue for the first nine months of 2023 was $869.3 million up from $680.4 million in 2022.

Lincoln Electric Holdings, Cleveland, reported third quarter 2023 net income of $129.34 million, up 18.4 percent compared to $109.23 million the year prior. Third quarter record net sales were $1.03 billion, up 10.5 percent compared to $935.2 million the year before.

Oshkosh Corp., Oshkosh, Wis., has reported fiscal 2023 third quarter net income of $183.7 million, compared to 66.9 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2022. Oshkosh Corp. is the parent company of JLG Industries, McConnellsburg, Pa. The access equipment segment sales in the fiscal 2023 third quarter increased 27 percent to $1.32 billion as a result of improved sales volume, higher pricing in response to higher input costs and the inclusion of sales of $19 million related to the Hinowa acquisition.

Terex Corp., Norwalk, Conn., reported $1.29 billion in net sales during the 2023 third quarter, a 15 percent increase compared to $1.12 billion in the 2022 third quarter. Net sales for the first nine months of 2023 were $3.93 billion, compared to $3.20 billion the year prior.
