Easy RFID Pro, Poughquag, N.Y., an RFID (radio frequency identification) inventory tracking solution for tents, inflatables, linens, and more, has entered into a partnership with Fred’s Tents and Canopies, Waterford, N.Y., a manufacturer of commercial and industrial tents, portable garages, canopies, tent components, and accessories for the rental and event industries and retailers worldwide.
Fred’s Tents is the first major tent manufacturer to make the commitment to embedding RFID technology within 100 percent of its tent tops and roof panels, the companies say.

The companies say that through the partnership, Fred’s Tents’ customers will now have RFID technology at their fingertips and that by working with Easy RFID Pro, rental companies can create an uninterrupted workflow to optimize operations, prevent loss and save money.
