The sounds of jazz, tastes of world-class cuisine, and sights of a historic city will serve as the backdrop for The ARA Show™ 2024. From Feb. 18-21, the world’s largest convention and trade show for the equipment and event rental industry will descend upon New Orleans and the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
The excitement will begin on Feb. 17 with the return of EventsU, a full day of education and networking for those in event rental. EventsU was reimagined and reintroduced at the 2023 show in Orlando. Education sessions will be led by industry leaders and professional speakers covering topics such as tenting, event rental safety, tabletop trends and more. Attendees also will have the chance to network with their event rental peers to discuss the ins and outs of their businesses and careers.
The following day, Feb. 18, is a full day of rental-specific education for those in both equipment and event rental. A variety of topics will be covered by industry leaders and professional speakers. Further details on these education sessions will be released in the fall.
On Feb. 19, the morning will begin with the Keynote Session — which is sponsored by ARA Insurance and features Jon Taffer, the creator, host and executive producer of the hit TV series “Bar Rescue” on Paramount Network and also an entertainer, entrepreneur, strategic advisor, best-selling author and business consultant. The opening of the three-day trade show will take place following the Keynote Session.
The show also will be filled with networking events. These include the Young Professional Network (YPN) Reception, the Women in Rental Breakfast, ARA’s Tuesday Night Event and much more. Watch for more details on these events coming in the fall.

A big personality will be heading to the Big Easy and The ARA Show™ 2024 to headline the Keynote Session, which is sponsored by ARA Insurance.
