Rental Equipment Investment Corp. (REIC), Kalispell, Mont., a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, has acquired Bigfork Rentals, Bigfork, Mont.
Bigfork Rentals, which has served the equipment rental needs of customers in Montana’s Flathead Valley region for more than 20 years, has been owned and operated by Steve and Annie Ricci since 2017.
The acquisition is part of REIC’s strategy of North American footprint expansion that has placed the company on the list of Rental Management’s 2024 Market Movers in the category of fastest-growing independent equipment rental companies with more than $10 million in annual revenue.
