Peer Executive GroupsPeer Executive Groups (PEG) has named the winners of its 2023 Top Gun Awards for event rental operators.

The Top Gun award recognizes event rental store operators who receive the PEG Pinnacle Award for Financial Excellence. The awards are given to the top 25 percent of event rental stores based on financials submitted by event operators and verified by PEG. This is the fifth year that PEG has named companies for the award.

“After a record number of submissions, we would like to recognize these 13 as event rental Top Guns,” said Dan Crowley, president, PEG. “While our median submission was $2.8 million in sales with 17 percent EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization), our Top Gun group measured $3.4 million in sales with 30 percent EBITDA. While we saw personnel costs rise to an all-time high of 42 percent of sales, Top Gun winners maintained a median of 38 percent — adding four points to their EBITDA. Truly incredible results.”
