The REAPER tire from OTR Engineered Solutions (OTR), Rome, Ga., is designed for multiple brands of zero-turn mowers and garden tractors. The tire combines a turf-specific design for traction, stability and control, the company said.
The tire features a wider footprint to maintain surface contact and a wrap-over grip edge to enhance traction when driving on uneven terrain. A proprietary all-season rubber compound used to make the tire is designed to optimize performance in both wet and dry conditions and create softer sidewalls for a smooth ride. The tire is sold as an assembly, including both the tire and wheel for bolt-on installation.
