Cooke Rentals will celebrate 50 years in business with open house luncheons on the following dates:
- Wednesday, Aug. 2, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST: Maiden, N.C. and Mt. Airy, N.C.
- Wednesday, Aug. 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST: Cornelius, N.C.
- Thursday, Aug. 3, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST: King, N.C.
The company says the luncheons will feature food trucks, ice cream and prizes, equipment for the do-it-yourself (DIY) and professional renter on display, and the opportunity to tour the facilities.
Cooke Rentals was founded in September 1973 by Byron S. Cooke in Mt. Airy, N.C. As the business grew, Byron brought his three sons Chad, Andy and Ben into the operation. Over the years, the company added facilities in Denver, Cornelius, King and Maiden, N.C. Still family-owned and operated, Cooke Rentals is a full-service equipment business offering equipment and tool rentals to general contractors and DIYers. The company’s inventory of rental equipment includes generators, forklifts, backhoes, air compressors, trenchers, lift equipment reaching up to 66 ft., and more.
Cooke Rentals also offers party and event rentals with inventory including tents, fine china, tables and chairs, wedding accessories and more.
