United Rentals, Stamford, Conn., has been selected to the Forbes list of America’s Best Employers for Women 2023.
Forbes’ sixth annual list of America’s Best Employers for Women was created in partnership with market research firm Statista. The ranking derives primarily from surveys that asked participants to evaluate their employers on dimensions such as atmosphere and development, working conditions, salary and wage, diversity, parental leave and family support. The sample included approximately 40,000 women, and the survey included companies from all industry sectors.
