Networking events are a major highlight of The ARA Show™, and 2024 will be no different when the industry comes together from Feb. 18-21 in New Orleans. Events take place at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center unless otherwise noted.
Sunday, Feb. 18
ARA Industry Awards Lunch 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Network with your peers and honor American Rental Association (ARA) members for their industry contributions over the last year, plus recognize those earning the industry’s highest honor, induction into the Rental Hall of Fame. This event is sponsored by Ditch Witch and Trime US. Tickets for ARA members are $40 per person. Canadian Hospitality Reception 5-8 p.m. Connect and mingle with fellow Canadian rental professionals at Generations Hall. The Leadership Impact Award will be recognized for their contribution to the rental community. Event is exclusive for ARA members residing in Canada. Tickets are complimentary, but attendees must register to attend.
ARA Young Professionals Network (YPN) Reception 5-7 p.m.
Enjoy an evening at Fulton Alley, where young professionals can build their network and discuss the industry. This event is open to registered members of ARA’s YPN, and is sponsored by Allen Engineering Corp., BOMAG Americas, Ditch Witch and Point of Rental Software. Tickets are $100 per person.
Monday, Feb. 19
Regional Receptions (Regions 1-9) 5-6:30 p.m.
Nine of ARA’s regions will host receptions where a leader from each region will be recognized for their contributions to the rental community. Regional Receptions are sponsored by Barreto Manufacturing, Ditch Witch and Point of Rental Software. Tickets for ARA members are $40 per person.
ARAPAC Reception 7-9 p.m.
Join ARA’s political action committee (ARAPAC) in the French Quarter at Marché for a lively evening while raising funds for ARAPAC, the voice of ARA members and the equipment and event rental industry in Washington, D.C. Tickets are $100 per person for ARA members only and must be purchased by ARAPAC members.
Tuesday, Feb. 20
Women in Rental Breakfast 7:45-9 a.m.
Dr. Michelle Rozen, a.k.a. The Change Doctor, is a gem in the world of motivation, leadership and change. The Women in Rental Breakfast is sponsored by Alert Rental Software, Barreto Manufacturing, Catalyst Strategic Advisors, Ditch Witch, John Deere and Toro. Tickets for ARA members are $40 per person.
ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception 5-6:30 p.m.
Give back to the equipment and event rental community by bidding on items. Proceeds support the Foundation’s initiatives. The ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception is sponsored by Ditch Witch, Mi-T-M Corp. and Trime US.
Tuesday Night Event 7-10 p.m.
