By popular demand, individual Regional Receptions for Regions 1-9 are returning to The ARA Show™ 2024 in New Orleans. These individual receptions allow show attendees and exhibitors to network and get together with their rental neighbors over drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres following the close of the show floor from 5-6:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 19.
In addition to food and drinks, a leader from each region will be recognized with the Leadership Impact Award for their contributions to their rental community. Those who will be honored with the Leadership Impact Award at this year’s show are:
- Region One: Dan Morris, Kennebec Equipment Rental Co., Fairfield, Maine
- Region Two: The late Tina Behnke Spencer, AirPac Rents, Front Royal, Va.
- Region Three: Brandon Ahlgren, CERP, Elite Events & Rentals, Tampa, Fla.
- Region Four: Jennifer Rodriguez, CERP, Marianne’s Rentals, Oklahoma City
- Region Five: Sean Williams, ECP-SM, First Place Rental, Oswego, Ill.
- Region Six: John Schupp, Rental Supply, O’Fallon, Mo.
- Region Seven: Herb White, Continental Divide Marketing, Golden, Colo.
- Region Eight: Tim Allen, Allen Rental, Roseburg, Ore.
- Region Nine: Michelle Nelson, ECP-ST, MK Equipment Corp., Honolulu
- Region 10: Jim Boddez, Five Bo, St. Albert, Alberta, Canada
Tickets for each Regional Reception are $40 for American Rental Association (ARA) members. Prospective ARA member tickets are $50.
In place of a Regional Reception for Canada, the Canadian Hospitality Reception will be held on Sunday, Feb. 18, from 5-8 p.m. at Generations Hall. The Region 10 Leadership Impact Award recipient will be honored at that event.
