Those planning to attend school during the 2023-2024 academic year to pursue a rental-related career can now apply for a share of nearly $134,000 in scholarships through the ARA Foundation and its affiliate partners.
A total of 70 scholarships are up for grabs for students enrolling at trade schools, community colleges, undergraduate colleges and graduate schools.
Employees in a rental business and/or a manufacturer/supplier operation; immediate family members (spouse, daughter or son) of the rental business owner; and American Rental Association (ARA) student members may apply for:
- ARA Foundation Trade School Scholarships
- ARA Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships
- ARA Foundation Graduate Scholarships
- ARA Foundation ARA Student Member Scholarships
- Affiliate program scholarships
“Whether it’s a trade school or university at the undergraduate or graduate level, higher education is costly. We’re so pleased to be able to help those who will be critical in carrying our industry forward through this pool of financial assistance. But students cannot receive a scholarship if they don’t apply, so I urge all those eligible who plan to enroll in school next fall to take just a little time to complete the online application form,” says Tony Wright, ARA Foundation Board of Trustees member and president, Celebrations! Party Rentals and Tents, Roseville, Calif.
Nearly $134,000 is on the line. To learn more about the program and to apply by the March 7 deadline, visit ARArental.org/ARA-Foundation/scholarships.
