Action Equipment & Scaffold Co., Phoenix, a provider of scaffolding rental equipment, services and permanent access solutions, has acquired Texas-based scaffolding provider Mdm Scaffolding Service.
Action Equipment & Scaffold Co. said the acquisition will provide a stronger ability to meet its customers’ needs while offering even greater product diversification over a larger geographic territory.
