If you haven’t yet registered for The ARA Show™ in New Orleans, you can still do so on site. Attendees can register and pick up their badges at Registration located at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Lobby G. Attendees who have already registered can grab their badge at the Badge Pickup Kiosk in the Hilton Riverside hotel.
Registration hours:
- Sunday, Feb. 18: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Monday, Feb. 19: 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, Feb. 20: 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, Feb. 21: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Badge Pickup Kiosk hours:
- Sunday, Feb. 18: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Monday, Feb. 19: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Full and exhibits only registration options will be available at the show. The following on-site registration pricing will be available until Feb. 21:
Full Registration. This includes education on Feb. 18, the Feb. 19 Keynote Session and the trade show from Feb. 19-21. Other show events can be purchased for an additional charge.

- Tuesday Night Event — ARA Member Only $350. A limited amount of tickets at this price will be available on site to support the ARA Foundation.
