From sunup to sundown, today — Tuesday, Feb. 14 — is packed with networking events for attendees at The ARA Show™.

7:45 – 9 a.m.
Women in Rental Breakfast
This breakfast gives attendees the opportunity to network and learn from leading women in the rental industry. The event — which is open to all attendees and exhibitors — will be held at the Orange County Convention Center North/South Building in Exhibit Hall, Level 1, SA1. It will feature keynote speaker Connie Podesta, who is known worldwide for her innovative and out-of-the-box creativity and incredible stage presence.

Tickets for ARA members are $40 per person. Advance registration and ticket required. This breakfast is sponsored by Alert Rental Software; Barreto Manufacturing; Ditch Witch; Fame Rental; John Deere; and Toro.

3:30 – 4:30 p.m.
Show Floor Reception
Meet with exhibitors and network with fellow attendees as you enjoy complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks at bars located throughout the show.

5 – 6:30 p.m.
ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception
The ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception will be held at the Orange County Convention Center North/South Building — SA1. Attendees will have the opportunity to give back to the equipment and event rental community while also participating in a fun, lively networking event that benefits a great cause.

Those attending this year’s Charity Auction and Reception also will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for a 50/50 raffle to help support the ARA Foundation’s educational and community-impacting programs (need not be present to win).

Dozens of items will be up for bid during the auction — facilitated by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (America). To view a full list of the items that will be up for bid, click here.

While the event is free for show attendees, a bid number is required to attend the auction, which will be facilitated by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (America). Participants can pick up a bid book at Registration, at the Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (America) Booth No. 2046, at the ARA Foundation Booth No. 3718 — or at the auction. The ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception is sponsored by Mi-T-M Corp. and Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (America). Allied Financial Solutions, a show exhibitor, is offering six-months-same-as-cash financing on any auction item purchase.

ARA’s Tuesday Night Event at Universal Studios Orlando

Get ready for one of the biggest parties ARA has ever thrown, because the association has reserved special areas of Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme park just for you. Featuring themed lands and cutting-edge rides, Islands of Adventure promises excitement around every bend. It’s a universe of action and excitement — and it’s all yours. Food will be available throughout the park, and two drink tickets are included with your ticket. Advance registration and ticket required for this sold-out event. Shuttle service from official show hotels will be provided. This event is sponsored by Green Manufacturing, John Deere, Kubota Tractor Corp. and Wacker Neuson America Corp.
