7:45 – 9 a.m.
Women in Rental Breakfast
This breakfast gives attendees the opportunity to network and learn from leading women in the rental industry. The event — which is open to all attendees and exhibitors — will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, La Nouvelle Ballroom. It will feature keynote speaker Dr. Michelle Rozen, a.k.a. The Change Doctor, one of the most sought-after actionable speakers on leadership, motivation and change.
Tickets are $40 per person for American Rental Association (ARA) members and $50 for prospective members. Advance registration and ticket required. This breakfast is sponsored by Alert Rental Software, Barreto Manufacturing, Catalyst Strategic Advisors, Ditch Witch, John Deere and Toro.

ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception
The ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception will be held at the La Nouvelle Ballroom, Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Attendees will have the opportunity to give back to the equipment and event rental community while also participating in a fun, lively networking event that benefits a great cause.
Dozens of items will be up for bid during the auction — facilitated by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (America).
New to the auction this year is the opportunity to engage in online pre-bidding. This is your opportunity to get a leg up on the action by perusing items that are available and getting your bids in early. Scan the QR code take part. Pre-bidding will close at 12 p.m. CT on Tuesday.
Those attending this year’s Charity Auction and Reception also will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for a 50/50 raffle to help support Foundation programs (need not be present to win). Tickets may be purchased here.
A bid number is required to participate in the auction and reception. Participants can acquire a bid number at registration on site at the show, at the Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (America) Booth No. 2731, at the ARA Foundation Booth No. 2832 or at the auction.
The ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception is sponsored by Ditch Witch, Mi-T-M Corp., Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (America), SANY America and Trime US. Allied Financial Solutions, a show exhibitor, is offering six-months-same-as-cash financing on any auction item purchase.

ARA’s Tuesday Night Event at House of Blues New Orleans
Get ready for an unforgettable Tuesday Night featuring country music artist, Mitchell Tenpenny. Enjoy good friends, delicious food and fantastic music at The ARA Show’s premier networking event at House of Blues New Orleans.
This event is exclusive to ARA members only and requires advance registration and ticket. A limited number of tickets will be made available onsite at $350, with proceeds benefiting the ARA Foundation.
Shuttles will be provided to and from the House of Blues and select hotels from 6:45 to 10:30 p.m.
