A day of rental-specific education sessions and networking opportunities designed for those in the event rental industry. This is a separate program from The ARA Show with an additional registration fee. Tickets are $499 per person. Future of Equipment Rental

This program, designed for those in the equipment rental industry, will provide attendees with networking opportunities and the opportunity to attend rental-specific education sessions covering equipment-related topics. This is a separate program from The ARA Show with an additional registration fee. Tickets are $499 per person. Stroll to the rooftop terrace outside the convention center for a relaxing evening surrounded by a top-of-the-line event rental atmosphere. Tickets are $100 per person. The EventsU Reception is sponsored by Central Tent and Palmer Snyder Furniture.

The ARA Show Education Sessions

ARA Industry Awards Lunch

This lunch will be held between the morning and afternoon education sessions. Attendees have the opportunity to meet others in the industry. This event also will recognize ARA members for their contributions, including recognizing those earning the industry’s highest honor, induction into the Rental Hall of Fame. Tickets are $40 per person. The ARA Industry Awards Lunch is sponsored by Ditch Witch; Perkins Engines; and Trime US.

ARA Young Professional Network (YPN) Reception

Ole Red
This event exclusively for YPN members — those between the ages of 18 and 40 — gives attendees the chance to watch the big game with the full country experience at Ole Red, Blake Shelton’s latest bar in the heart of Icon Park. Tickets are $100 per person. The YPN Reception is sponsored by Ditch Witch; Perkins Engines; Steelpoint/MMDi; and Toro.

Keynote Session

Welcome Reception

This reception hosted by each of ARA’s 10 regions will bring together the equipment and event rental community. Throughout the reception, each region will have a designated “hang out” spot but attendees are welcome to mingle throughout the event and meet others from across the U.S. and Canada. Tickets are $40 per person. Topgolf
Members of ARA’s political action committee (ARAPAC) and their guests are invited to gather at Topgolf, across the street from the convention center for a night of food and fun at the driving range. Tickets are $100 per person and must be purchased by ARAPAC members.

Women in Rental Breakfast

This breakfast is open to all attendees and exhibitors. During the event, keynote speaker Connie Podesta will lead this engaging opportunity to network and learn from leading women in the rental industry. Podesta is known worldwide for her innovative and out-of-the box creativity and incredible stage presence. Tickets are $40 per person. This breakfast is sponsored by Alert Rental Software; Barreto Manufacturing; Ditch Witch; Fame Rental; John Deere; and Toro.

Get ready for one of the biggest parties ARA has ever thrown, because the association has reserved special areas of Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme park just for you. Featuring themed lands and cutting-edge rides, Islands of Adventure promises excitement around every bend. It’s a universe of action and excitement — and it’s all yours. Food will be available throughout the park, and two drink tickets are included with your ticket. Tickets are $100 per person. Advance registration and ticket required.
