If you still see information from a past show when you open that app, tap the “Settings” icon in the top right corner then on “Exit to Show List.” From there, you’ll see the 2023 show in the list. Tap on it then on “Download” to open this year’s information.

The ARA Show app can be used to help create a schedule, bookmark which exhibitors you would like to visit, find event details and more.

Where to find Wi-Fi:
Free wireless for light web-browsing is provided in all public locations at the convention center. To access, select the network named: OCCC Free WiFi. No password is required.

Where to eat at the convention center:
Concessions will be available at the back of the hall today and tomorrow.

Show Rest Stops:
The Show Rest Stops are located on the show floor in the Construction, General Tool and Event sections. These areas provide comfortable seating, tables, water and a charging station for electronics. The Show Rest Stops are sponsored by Alert Rental Software; Genie; and Point of Rental Software.

Rental Management resources:
The ARA Show Directory, The Hot List and the February issue of Rental Management will be available onsite throughout the show.

The ARA Show Directory has full details on all the exhibitors and their products, Show-Only Specials, a show floor map, show schedule, education and event descriptions and more. A digital version can be found here.

The Hot List is a special issue that was mailed with the January issue of Rental Management and features exhibitor products that are new to the equipment and event rental industry. This supplement is available in a digital format and also is available onsite in Orlando.

The February issue of Rental Management includes additional show information along with industry news, tips and advice articles and profiles on those in the equipment and event rental industry.

During the show, The ARA Show Daily — a special email sent each morning of the show — will give attendees and exhibitors the most up-to-date show information so they can hit the ground running each day in Orlando.
