The ARA Show 2024 is just two months away

In just two months, thousands of rental professionals and more than 650 exhibiting companies will descend upon the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans for The ARA Show™ 2024. EventsU, a full-day program for event rental professionals, takes place on Saturday, Feb. 17. A day of rental-specific education follows on Sunday, Feb. 18, which is followed by the three-day trade show from Feb. 19-21. Networking events take place throughout the show.

If you haven’t registered already, now is the time so you don’t miss out on the excitement and the opportunities to build your business and career. Many of the networking events have limited availability and are filling up fast. Register now to make sure tickets are available to the events you’d like to attend. Also, you’ll save with advance registration through Feb. 15.

Registration options include:

• The ARA Show Networking Package: Includes education on Feb. 18, the Keynote Session, ARA Industry Awards Lunch, Regional Receptions (1–9) or the Canadian Hospitality Reception, Women in Rental Breakfast, ARA’s Tuesday Night Event, ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception, and the trade show from Feb. 19–21. EventsU, the Young Professionals Network (YPN) Reception and ARAPAC Reception can be purchased for an additional charge. A limited number of the Networking Package are available.
• Full Registration: Includes all education sessions on Feb. 18, the Keynote Session and the trade show from Feb. 19–21. Other show events can be purchased for an additional charge.
• Exhibits Only Registration: Includes entrance into the trade show from Feb. 19-21. Other show events can be purchased for an additional charge.
