ARA of New Jersey event at The ARA Show 2023During The ARA Show™ in Orlando, attendees from New Jersey had the opportunity to mix and mingle at the ARA of New Jersey’s off-site social hour.

The gathering took place on Feb. 14 — the evening before The ARA Show’s conclusion — a short distance away from the convention center at Miller’s Ale House. Folks from New Jersey’s equipment and event community who made the trip to the Sunshine State caught up with one another while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and drinks.

Approximately 40 guests filled a reserved section of Miller’s Ale House to take part in the festivities. Participant Ed Caffrey, manager of Tri-State Rentals, Newton, N.J., spoke for many in attendance when he said, “We really enjoyed meeting up and talking with everyone. We were there for the socialization and networking. It was nice having our own space in the restaurant without having to go outside to the bar.”

“I had a great time connecting with old friends and making some new acquaintances. It was well-attended with a great vibe,” says Jason Campisi, vice president/general manager, South Jersey Party Rentals, Pennsauken, N.J., who also made the event part of his itinerary while in Orlando.

William P. Quinn, CEO, Content Party Rentals, East Rutherford, N.J., shared similar thoughts of the outing. “I enjoyed the break from the show to gather with some of the locals,” he says.
