Show InformationThe ARA Show™ 2023 in Orlando features the show being back on its regular February schedule and a familiar location for many show veterans. Whether you’re new to the show or have been attending for decades, it’s important to stay up to date with everything happening in Orlando.

Between new education days on Saturday, Feb. 11, networking events, registration details, the trade show and much more, the show offers a packed schedule. To make sure you’re in the right place at the right time, turn to the following resources to stay current on the latest ins and outs of The ARA Show:

ARAshow.org
The official website of the show provides the show schedule, education details for Feb. 11-12, event information, an exhibitor search, hotel booking, registration and more.

The ARA Show app
Whether you’re looking for an exhibitor’s booth, the schedule, an event location or a show map, you’ll find it all on the app, which is now available. The 2023 information will be on the same app that has been used since the 2019 show, so there is no need to download a new app if you still have it downloaded. If you still see information from a past show when you open that app, tap the “Settings” icon in the top right corner then on “Exit to Show List.” From there, you’ll see the 2023 show in the list. Tap on it then on “Download” to open this year’s information. You can log into the app to create your personal schedule as well as a list of exhibitors to visit and more. The app also includes Orlando information, maps, a barcode for easy registration, FAQs and more. To log in, use your last name and registration ID number found on your registration confirmation. The app can be found in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

The ARA Show social media
Show updates and information will be passed through on social media as well. Follow and interact with The ARA Show and other attendees on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Each channel offers updates as well as photos and videos for those attending the show.

The ARA Show Directory
This publication was mailed to all Rental Management subscribers with the February 2023 issue and it also will be available on site in Orlando. The ARA Show Directory will help those in attendance plan for the show with information on all exhibitors and their products, Show-Only Specials, a show floor map, show schedule, education and event descriptions, and more.

The Hot List: New Products at the Show
This special issue was mailed with the January issue of Rental Management and features exhibitor products that are new to the equipment and event rental industry. This supplement also is available in a digital format and will be on site in Orlando.

Rental Pulse and The ARA Show Daily
The weekly e-newsletter from Rental Management features show information every Sunday leading up to the show. The ARA Show Daily will be a special edition sent from the show each morning. It will give attendees and exhibitors the most up-to-date information so they can hit the ground running each day in Orlando.
