The ARA Show™ 2024
returns to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans from Feb. 18-21. Prior to the three-day trade show, which kicks off Feb. 19, there will be a full day of 16 rental-specific education sessions on Sunday, Feb. 18.
Education sessions will feature a mixture of professional speakers, rental industry experts and rental peers. As in previous years, these 16 sessions will be split into four different tracks to suit the needs of each attendee. These four tracks are:

- Plan & Strategize
Education sessions are included for attendees with Full Registration and The ARA Show Networking Package. Full Registration is $249 for American Rental Association (ARA) rental store members and $749 for prospective rental store members through Oct. 31. The ARA Show Networking Package is $485 through Oct. 31 and is available for ARA members only.

EventsU returns to The ARA Show in 2024
Event rental professionals will once again have the opportunity to kick-start their experience at The ARA Show™ with EventsU in 2024. This reimagined event debuted at the 2023 show and will return on Saturday, Feb. 17, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
EventsU is a full-day experience of event rental-specific education and networking for those in all areas of event rental. The day’s education features 12 sessions split between four time slots. In addition to these 12 sessions the day will begin with a keynote breakfast, which will feature the session “Energize, Engage, and Build Rock Star Event Rental Teams” with speaker Marvelless Mark.
Education sessions will include topics ranging from employees and profitability to safety and tenting. There will also be sessions around table-top design and linens.
In addition to the keynote breakfast, there will be opportunities to connect with other attendees and network during lunch and the EventsU Reception that caps off the day. The reception, which has an additional registration fee, will take place a short walk from the convention center at Generations Hall. It will feature a hosted bar, food stations and entertainment.
Registration for EventsU is $469 through Oct. 31, and attendees must be ARA members and registered for The ARA Show. A ticket to the EventsU Reception is $75 through Oct. 31. A limited number of spots are available for EventsU, so register early to secure your place. Registration for EventsU and The ARA Show opens Oct. 17 at ARAshow.org.
