ROMCO Equipment Co., Dallas, and its parent company SMT, has acquired Sierra Machinery, and its two locations in El Paso, Texas, and Artesia, N.M. Sierra Machinery has been the exclusive Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) dealer in southwestern Texas and southern New Mexico. SMT is a global Volvo Group dealer with Volvo CE distribution in North America, Great Britian, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and more than 26 African countries.
