On Oct. 26, 2022, members of the Maryland rental community gathered at ABC Rental Center in Rosedale, Md., to hear attorney Jason E. Cuomo, Cuomo Law Firm, detail rental contract essentials and the steps you should take to achieve maximum return on debt.
Cuomo also provided a comprehensive plan to protect your business from future risk and enhance your company’s capital.
“It was a very nice presentation, and the quality of the presentation was very informative for those seeking answers to cover the business liability,” says Dave Reedy, owner, Party Palace Rentals, Forest Hill, Md., who added that his main takeaway from the presentation was that “the key is having a signed contract, and making sure the contracts have the exact name or names related to the possession of the equipment.”
