People on the move: Mi-T-M Corp.; Thunder Creek Equipment; Western Global

Mi-T-M Corp., Peosta, Iowa, has promoted Cole Schlitzer to assistant rental division manager. Schlitzer joined Mi-T-M in 2017 as a customer service representative. His most recent role was as territory account sales representative.

Thunder Creek Equipment, Pella, Iowa: Brandon Varness has been named territory sales manager for the upper Midwest, serving Thunder Creek dealers and customers in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and eastern Montana. Varness will focus on providing fueling and daily fluids solutions for businesses ranging from earthmoving and agriculture to fuel and oil delivery services.

Western Global, Troy, Mich.: Dean Nasato, Jeremy Shepherd and Josh Pogozelski have been promoted to head-of-sales positions. Nasato will lead sales activities in Canada, Shepherd in the western U.S. and Pogozelski in the eastern U.S. Nasato combines familiarity with the Canadian market with more than 36 years of experience in rental equipment sales and general construction equipment sales. Shepherd has more than 20 years of experience working for industrial equipment manufacturers. Pogozelski has more than 12 years of experience working in various industries as an account manager.
