People on the move: Maxim Crane Works; Stellar

Maxim Crane Works, Wilder, Ky.: Rebecca Bolchalk has been named as chief human resources officer. Bolchalk will be responsible for developing and executing all aspects of Maxim’s talent strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, leadership development, benefits, performance management and employee engagement. David Reed has been named vice president of information technology. He will craft IT solutions with innovative approaches, leading edge technologies and best-in-class industry partners to modernize, secure and streamline Maxim’s operations. Nick Oldfield has been named vice president of digital and marketing. Oldfield will be responsible for the company’s digital and marketing efforts to build Maxim’s brand reputation across key stakeholders. 

Stellar, Garner, Iowa: Steve Schnieders, chief operating officer, has left the company after 27 years. Throughout his career, he held a variety of leadership roles in both engineering and operations, and has been instrumental in helping grow the operational footprint to five different locations with more than 700 employees, the company says. With Schnieders’ departure in March 2023, Brian Kingery has been named vice president of operations. Kingery joined Stellar in 2022 with more than 30 years of manufacturing experience.
