People on the move: Herc Holdings; MEC Aerial Work Platforms

Herc Holdings, Bonita Springs, Fla.: Mark Humphrey, previously the company’s vice president and chief accounting officer, will be promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer. Humphrey joined Herc Holdings in April 2017 from Alico, a publicly-traded agribusiness and resource-management company, where he served as chief financial officer and as chief accounting officer. Mark Irion, senior vice president and chief financial officer, resigned his position effective March 10 for another opportunity. He will remain with Herc Holdings through March 31. Irion joined Herc Holdings in June 2018.
MEC Aerial Work Platforms, Kerman, Calif.: Paul Waller has joined the company as vice president of business development. Waller will focus on growing strategic partnerships and expanding the company into new growth opportunities. Waller has more than 25 years of experience in the industry.
