People on the move: HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America; Hy-Brid Lifts

HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America, Norcross, Ga.: Jeff Pate has been named vice president of compact equipment sales. He has more than 20 years of experience in dealer and channel development and more than 10 years of experience in the compact equipment sector. He will report to Mike Ross, senior vice president of HD Hyundai CE North America. Reporting directly to Pate are four new members, each responsible for sales and dealer development in regions covering the U.S. and Canada. Dale McLemore is joining the company as senior dealer development and national accounts manager for compact equipment covering the southeastern region. McLemore has more than 35 years of experience in compact equipment. Brian Slavinski was named district manager for the northeastern U.S. and eastern Canada. Slavinski brings 12 years of experience to the position, including knowledge from both the retail and manufacturing side of the equipment industry.
Darren Wallace was named district manager for the central region of the U.S. and Canada. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and dealer development. Mike Dahs was named district manager for the western region of the U.S. and Canada. Dahs has spent the last two years on the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) side of the business following nine years of retail experience working for a multi-line construction equipment dealer.
Hy-Brid Lifts by Custom Equipment, Richfield, Wis.: John Davis was named director of sales and will cover the south-central U.S. His responsibilities will include providing customer support as well as continuing the growth and channel development of the company’s line of low-level scissor lifts. He has 11 years of industry experience.
