People on the move: EquipmentShare; Point of Rental Software; United Rentals

EquipmentShare, Joliet, Ill.: Kathleen Carroll has been named the company’s chief people officer. Carroll will focus on recruiting, training and retaining employees. She brings more than 20 years of experience in global operations, recruiting and human resource disciplines. 

Point of Rental Software, Fort Worth, Texas: Brooke Ryan has been named global director of customer support. Ryan started her career as a client services manager with WellEz, a small software as a service (SaaS) company serving the oil and gas industry. Over the past decade and through the company’s acquisition by Quorum Software, she rose through the organization and was the company’s director of customer success in 2022. 

United Rentals, Stamford, Conn.: Sybil Collins was named vice president, treasurer. Collins will have responsibility for all treasury functions, including capital strategy, cash management, inter-company financing, foreign exchange, interest rate management and related areas of risk management. She assumes responsibility from Irene Moshouris, who is retiring, and will report to Ted Grace, chief financial officer. Prior to joining the company, Collins spent 16 years at Morgan Stanley, most recently as managing director and global head of treasury planning and strategy.
