Grago has more than two decades of experience in organizational development, training, and human resources leadership, most recently serving as the president of Traction Consulting. As chief people officer, Grago will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing the company’s culture and empowering its workforce.
OTR Engineered Solutions, Rome, Ga.: Ben Brown has been named global VP sales and marketing OEM. He will be responsible for growing the company’s OEM (original equipment manufacturer) business globally across various markets, including construction, lawn and garden, powersports, agriculture, forestry, mining, material handling and specialty vehicles. Brown’s experience includes senior leadership and executive positions in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry.
Skyjack, a division of Linamar Corp., Guelph, Ontario, Canada: Arthur “Trey” Miller has been appointed to territory sales manager covering the state of Florida and the Caribbean, as Mike Bullock retires from the role. Miller brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the role, including experience in the equipment rental space. Bullock started with Skyjack in 2015 following a career in the equipment industry.
