People on the move: Caterpillar; Perkins Engines; The Toro Co.

Caterpillar, Irving, Texas: Jason Kaiser, senior vice president of the electric power division, has been appointed to group president of the energy & transportation (E&T) segment, effective Jan. 1, 2024. Kaiser will have responsibility for the rail division, solar turbines, large power systems division, industrial power systems division, electric power division (EPD), Caterpillar Oil & Gas and Marine Division (COGMD), Cat Reman® and electrification and energy solutions division.

Perkins Engines, Peterborough, U.K.: Vicki Reeves will become the new global marketing and channel development director for the Perkins brand effective Jan. 1, 2024. She will be responsible for defining and delivering a global market plan. Reeves, who recently served as product support director, will also lead the global Perkins Distributor Excellence program and deliver marketing and rental strategies. Reeves takes over for Jason Kern, who retires from the business on Dec. 31, 2023, after 36 years of service with the company.

The Toro Co., Bloomington, Minn.: Dianne Craig has been elected to the company’s board of directors, effective Jan. 1, 2024. Craig currently serves as president of Lincoln, the luxury vehicle division of Ford Motor Co., based in Dearborn, Mich. Throughout her 30-year career in the automotive industry, she has held several leadership roles.
