People on the move: Allen Engineering Corp.; Thunder Creek Equipment

Allen Engineering Corp., Paragould, Ark.: Casey Vaughan has been named paving equipment sales representative. Vaughan began his career in 2019 with the athletic department at Arkansas State University, where he worked as a fan development and ticket account executive. He later worked as the director of annual fund and pack of champions scholarship fund. In 2022, Vaughan worked as a business development specialist at North Star Capital. 

Thunder Creek Equipment, Pella, Iowa: Michael Bacon has been named national accounts manager. Bacon will focus on serving strategic and national accounts, as well as support the organization’s sales team in serving dealers and clients nationwide. Bacon joins the company after more than seven years as business manager for Mahindra Tractor, and as regional manager for BigIron Auctions.
