Associated Equipment Distributors (AED), Schaumburg, Ill.: Nichole Stoltz has been named regional sales manager. She will cover the south-central region of the U.S., and her primary responsibility will be to build and support relationships with current AED member dealers. Jonathan Porter has been promoted to manager of government affairs. He will join the AED team headquartered in Washington, D.C., and focus on advocating for the equipment industry’s pro-growth policy priorities. 

Cooper Equipment Rentals, Toronto: Brian Spilak has been named chief operating officer. Spilak has nearly 30 years of experience in the equipment rental industry. Since joining Cooper in 2016, Spilak has held various leadership roles encompassing operations, fleet management, customer relationship management and technology. 

Groff Tractor & Equipment, Mechanicsburg, Pa.: Corey Berkheimer has been promoted to executive vice president/chief sales officer. He will oversee all sales, rental and marketing operations throughout the 12 Groff Tractor & Equipment branches. He has more than 20 years of experience with the company. Larry Gindville has been hired as the new executive vice president/chief operating officer. He oversees all parts and service operations, including the customer support center and all 12 branch facilities. Steve Weikert was named senior vice president/general manager. He will oversee four branches in central Pennsylvania. Thomas Deardorff has been named vice president of used equipment & heavy rentals. He will assist in the growth and management of the heavy rental fleet. Rodger Miller was named vice president/general manager of the western region. He has 33 years of general sales experience and will oversee all aspects of the business within three locations in Harmony, New Stanton and Edensburg, Pa. 

Road Widener, Delafield, Wis.: Jeremy Dehnel has been named director of sales. He brings more than 18 years of experience along with a history of training, motivating and managing high-performing teams. Ross Ordinario has been named regional sales manager for the western U.S. Ordinario has more than 18 years of construction industry experience.  

United Rentals, Stamford, Conn.: Louis Womack, with more than 50 years in the equipment rental industry, retired on June 30. His career began in 1972 with Strawn Rental in Dallas. In the last 29 years with United Rentals, Womack has held many leadership positions and is leaving as the director, operational excellence, south division. 

Van Mark Products Corp., Farmington Hills, Mich.: Scott Totin has been named regional manager. Totin will oversee a large portion of the company’s business-to-business accounts, with a focus on growing existing business and seeking new business opportunities within his territory that spans much of the continental U.S. and Canada. He has more than two decades of experience in construction, management and sales, most recently with Zeeland Lumber.
