PEAK Event Services, Woburn, Mass., has acquired Events Unlimited, Saugerties, N.Y.
Events Unlimited has provided tent and event rentals to the Hudson Valley since 2003. Through the acquisition, it becomes PEAK Event Services’ 8th location overall and first in the state of New York. PEAK maintains additional locations spanning across New England and Florida.

PEAK said the acquisition aligns with its core mission of simplifying event planning and execution for its clients while enhancing the scope of products and services available throughout the Northeast region and beyond. The company also said it has plans to further expand its offerings in the greater New York market.
