National Structures Events and Services, San Antonio, a full-service tenting and structures rental solutions company, has recently launched Structures Depot, a new service offering that gives other event rental companies through sub-contracting the ability to expand their tenting, structure and flooring capabilities.
With more than 3 million sq. ft. of inventory available, in sizes ranging from 3-meter to 50-meter tents, Structures Depot gives other event rental businesses across the nation access to this inventory.
“Structures Depot is like an extension of an event rental company’s inventory without the financial investment,” said Karen Karlis, director of sales, National Structures Events and Services. “This primarily B2B division is geared toward helping other rental companies who want to get into structures and grow their business without owning any additional inventory unless they want to make those investments. By leveraging Structures Depot’s large inventory, they can expand their service offerings quickly and with no cost of entry to the market.”
Structures Depot offers three levels of service ranging from supplying the vinyl up to complete installation support. The levels include:
- Unguided assembly — equipment only.
- Guided assembly — equipment and one Structures Depot consultant.
- Turnkey assembly — equipment and full Structures Depot crew for total set up and tear down.
Event planners and suppliers can work with the team at Structures Depot to design a program that best supports their profit margins. Structures Depot operates for clients nationally with warehouse locations in Texas, Arizona and Alabama.
